Gurdjieff

Gurdjieff's message of awakening has a power today that is clearly manifested in the publication of his texts and music. This collection of articles aims to present his work more widely to the public, without overlooking the limits of the written word. Gurdjieff's teaching is oral, invoking the direct bond between teacher and student. It is a teaching on multiple levels, presenting traditional ideas but not dogma, to the extent that inner experience transcends rationality. Adapted to each situation, it is also expressed without words, both in the common silence and with the physical exercises based on music and rhythm, and given to us under the name of "movements". Gurdjieff is dead, but the impetus he gave still retains its momentum, and has spread to all continents. The groups, which will be discussed later, exist. Gurdjieff's students have devoted their lives to the preservation of his work and its practical dissemination. Today, 40 years later, some of his closest students agree to give their testimony.
